The Kimera G980 is the most powerful compact gravimetric mixer in the Kimera range. With a production capacity of up to 80 m³/h, it is the ideal solution for job sites that demand high volumes, precise dosing, and maximum operational autonomy.

Designed to work anywhere, the G980 combines the power of a large-scale plant with the mobility and flexibility typical of Kimera’s gravimetric models. Its twin-shaft counter-rotating mixing system, continuous and accurate dosing of each ingredient, and the ability to customize the configuration make this unit suitable for any type of mix: concrete, cement-bound material, cold asphalt, mortar, and special mixtures.

Every material is weighed through load cells directly during the production process. The correct and constant proportion of materials is ensured by the plant’s PLC, which monitors each dosage in real time and automatically takes corrective action if any ingredient is not properly dispensed.

The 30 KW twin-shaft continuous mixer is the true heart of the K24150. With two shafts of 600 mm diameter and a total length of 3m ensures exceptional mixing capacity and continuous material flow. Engineered for tough materials such as RCC, cold asphalt and stabilized soils, it delivers outstanding performance and long-lasting reliability. Its 40 interchangeable HARDOX® 450 paddles (15 mm thick) and HARDOX® 450 bottom (10 mm) guarantee homogeneity and reduced maintenance.

Aggregates and cement are dosed by weight, with precise and consistent measurements throughout the entire production cycle. The three aggregate hoppers are installed on OIML C3 certified load cells (four per hopper), which weigh the extracted amount by weight loss. The cement silo is also mounted on three load cells using the same principle.

Water and liquid admixtures are managed by high-precision electromagnetic flow meters, capable of detecting even particle-filled or aggressive fluids. With no internal moving parts, these devices ensure low maintenance and long-term stability.
